These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and The Cooking Source Ltd. and override any conditions the buyer and The The Cooking Source Ltd. may have otherwise, except those confirmed by The The Cooking Source Ltd. in writing.

Any variations on these conditions stipulated by any of the buyer's documents implied by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted by The The Cooking Source Ltd. in writing. This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law. Our Guarantee;  We guarantee all products against any defect as a result of manufacturing and in the event of such we will replace the item up to 28 days from the purchase date.

Non UK Orders
Currently we do not except orders from outside of the UK mainland on this site, but we are happy to talk to you about any international requirements you may have please contact us.

Original Products Guarantee
We only supply original products - guaranteed.

Payment options for all customers
All orders require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before goods are dispatched. The payment will be handled by a secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.

V.A.T.
All prices show V.A.T where applicable & must be paid on all orders.

Currency
All orders will be transacted in Pounds Sterling.

Prices
Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice.

Retail Sale of Alcohol

UK Mainland Delivery Charges
We dispatch all products to the UK mainland only by a national carrier. All delivery charges will be notified to at point of purchase from the "Basket" page.

The delivery service provided is a signed for delivery.  If you request that the package is left somewhere without a signature then we will be unable to take responsibility for any loss.   

Delivery Times
Because we are customer driven, 99% of orders are from stock we endeavour to get orders out for next day. However, if we expect delivery to exceed this time-frame we will advise you of an estimated delivery date.

Trade Description Act
Whilst every care is taken to describe the products accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the product meets their requirements. The The Cooking Source Ltd. reserves the right to amend specifications on all items without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without prior notice.

Retention of Title
All goods will remain the property of The The Cooking Source Ltd. until paid for in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by The The Cooking Source Ltd., until such time, The The Cooking Source Ltd. reserves the right to repossess any goods.

Delivery Errors
Shortages, breakages, non-deliveries or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working days of receipt of order. No claims will be considered outside of this period.

Privacy
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties, if you have a question concerning this please contact us.

Cancellation

Due to the fact orders are packaged and dispatched for next day delivery, the company cannott offer cancellation of orders. Please see return policy

Returns
Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions and exclusions;

• Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
• Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
• Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to The The Cooking Source Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
• Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• Used products may not be returned for credit or refund.
• Returned goods will be inspected for obvious use.

To help us process returns as quickly and accurately as possible, please email our customer services team at info@thecookingsource.co.uk for advice BEFORE returning any goods. Please also return a copy of our delivery note or invoice with the goods with an explanation of why goods are being returned.

Force Majeure
Deliveries for any goods may be suspended pending any contingencies beyond The The Cooking Source Ltd. control. The The Cooking Source Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the customer thereby.
